The principle of grinder: trimmed meat in pieces weighing up to 1.0 kg fed into the feed cup 1, which is fed by gravity to the screw housing, which is captured by the receiver and working screws and transported to the cutter bar area. The cutter bar materials are ground to the desired fineness, which is ensured by installing the necessary set of knives and grills.
