The syringe vacuum mark K7-ФШВ-3 is intended for vacuuming of minced meat and filling it with sausage casings for the production of boiled and semi-smoked sausages. In addition, the syringe K7-ФШВ-3 can be completed with a filler of cans of the brand K7-ФШВ-3М.00.500М. The syringe is installed in meat processing plants in sausage production workshops, as well as in small-capacity meat-processing plants.
