The plant produces from small lines with a capacity of several heads and up to large ones that include the production of primary processing. The list of technological operations and manning equipment is carried out in accordance with the performance of the slaughterhouse and each technological site.

The team of qualified designers and technologists carries out the development of slaughter shops taking into account all technical standards. When calculating capacity, the requirements of production and technological stages are necessarily taken into account: stunning, bleeding, skinning, carcass cutting. Selection of equipment is carried out both in the available areas and for the reconstruction of an existing workshop.
